**Due to payout issue with Tricare we do require payment upfront then will provide you with a Superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

Payment is due at time of service

We will provide you with a Superbill which contains the appropriate procedure and diagnostic codes for the service you received.

You can submit this Superbill to your insurance for potential reimbursement and/or to have the amount applied towards your deductible (if applicable).
