Pricing Changes Effective Sept 1, 2026

As insurance premiums are rising, cost of living is increasing, and insurance companies are limiting coverage for our services, we want to ensure all families have access to care. 

Effective September 1st we are lowering our prices to help patients who do not have insurance or their policy does not cover our services get the help they need.
Capital Parent and Baby Specialty Services’ goal has been for families to have little to no out of pocket cost for infant feeding services, which we consider a basic necessity.


In addition to lowering our cost we are:
-Working to expand our insurance coverage options and accepted insurances
-Continuing to keep our overhead low (no admin staff, no social media team, no marketing agencies, etc)
-Utilizing text support (free service for existing patients) to avoid the need for appointments to ask simple questions
-Providing free scale and pump rentals

We are currently in network with the following companies to provide services with no out of pocket costs:
-Aetna
-UHC
-UMR
-Humana
-​Veterans CCN Optum
​-BCBS  (Patients residing in IL and RI only)
-Multiplan
-Cigna


***These changes will not impact our Pay What You Can option 
For that option the families:
-Decide what amount feels comfortable to pay 
-Each visit can vary if needed based on financial needs. 
-There is no minimum amount (most families do opt for what their typical copay is for specialist visits).
